CRTprojects, regenerating landscapes for future generations
At CRTprojects I have the experience to create the landscape you desire either in your garden, estate or woodland. Examples of my work can be seen in the photo gallery on the Home page. Whether you require a simple repair of stone steps or creating a woodland foothpath or regenerating an old patio, I can help.
I have carried out long and short term projects. Some landscapes take time to shape to reach the desired effect and cannot be completed in a few days. I have worked on projects that take several years to complete working around the seasons. References are available on request from clients with short and long term projects completed by CRTprojects.
At CRTprojects I enjoy working in woodlands. Previous projects have included clearing areas of overgrown rhodedendron to make way for native species; thinning trees to allow others to mature; and creating footpaths for the client to enjoy an often forgotten space that they own. Using my expereince I enjoy creating views to help clients relax and natural play features for the younger ones to enjoy.
If you have a woodland and do not know what to do with it, I may have an idea or two that can help.
At CRTprojects I pride myself in using traditional skills to restore areas of the landscape for future generations. Hedge laying is a skill that proves incredibly popular with clients in order to restore an old hedge into an amazing landscape feature. Either as a field boundary or a garden hedge I lay them using the Cheshire style of hedge laying. I also really enjoy teaching hedge laying to small groups or one to one with landowners. Please contact me to discuss your hedge requirements in more detail.
At CRTprojects I have the experience and knowledge of helping community groups with the writing of grant bid documents and project management of the project through the project lifecycle. If it is the regeneration of a village hall, children's play area or open space I can help you raise the funding necessary, carry out community consultations and even manage the project life cycle if required.
With experience of working for Groundwork Cheshire and WREN, this knowledge has proved valuable to those groups that I have helped in the past. I have also managed the country's first Landscape Partnership Scheme funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund, managing a grant of £1.1million.
